Every effort will be made to reasonably and fairly deal with all
students who, because of religious obligations, have conflicts with scheduled
exams, assignments or required attendance. Please inform Professor Walba
as soon as possible regarding such conflicts.
The easiest way to accommodate a conflict between one of our hour exams and
a
religious observance, is to apply the basic policy of our course with respect
to
missing exams with an acceptable excuse. That is, a grade will be calculated
for the missed hour exam based upon performance on the other hour exams for
our course. You cannot pass the course without passing the final. If you must
miss
the final for an acceptable reason, then you must take a makup final.
